Joy for All

Fall 2021

The Green New Deal is asking for much more than just green infrastructure. It is asking for liberation from racial, social, and ecological injustice. This illustration was a collaborative effort from BIPOC climate justice activists around the country; fighting for economic disparities, safe public schools and housing, worker justice, immigration rights, mutual aid and communities over cops, Land Back & clean air, water, and food for all.

This was a commission by the Sunrise Movement to illustrate the Green New Deal.

Organizers I work with in the Movement submitted drawings envisoning resources and change the Green New Deal will bring.
